Medior/Senior Networking Engineer

What you’ll do
- Ensure stable networks and secure connections between systems and locations
- Set up and expand automation for installation, patching, and configuration
- Contribute ideas and hands-on improvements in infrastructure and security
- Work with firewalls, switches, and wireless environments from Fortinet, Cisco, and Sophos
- Support data center activities, from physical installations to documentation
- Talk with clients, think along at a strategic level, and identify what’s really going on
- Carefully document work and changes so everything stays clear and organized
Your primary workplace will be our office in Amsterdam, with the option to work hybrid.
What you bring
- Experience with network management and firewall environments
- Understanding of security, monitoring, backup, and recovery
- A structured way of working and a strong sense of responsibility
- Strong communication skills, able to switch easily between technical discussions and client conversations
- Curious, independent, and focused on sustainable solutions
- Proficiency in Dutch and/or English
- Experience working according to ITIL is a plus
