Be the commercial backbone of Asimo Networks

Are you a commercial talent with a passion for IT and customer interaction? As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll play a vital role in our commercial process. You’ll make sure quotes, orders and customer inquiries are followed up professionally and on time.

You’ll be in touch with both existing and potential customers. An interest or background in IT is important – you don’t have to be an engineer, but you do want to understand how our services work. Much of it you’ll learn on the job. You work independently, are action-oriented and thrive in a team environment.

What you’ll do

• Create and follow up on quotes
  • You prepare quotes based on customer requests and manage your own sales funnel.

• Order processing
  • You handle customer orders correctly and coordinate with our operations team.

• Customer administration and contract management
  • You work in a structured way and make sure all customer data and contracts are up to date.

• Account management
  • You stay in regular contact with existing customers and actively explore new opportunities.

• Acquisition and growth
  • You help attract new customers. How you do that is up to you, with support where needed.

• Customer support
  • You keep an eye on incoming emails and calls and ensure a proper response.

What you bring

• You have some experience in a commercial or customer-facing role, ideally in a B2B environment.

• You have a clear interest in IT and are eager to learn more. You don’t need to know everything already, curiosity and a learning mindset go a long way.

• You’re a strong communicator in both Dutch and English, spoken and written. You enjoy thinking along with customers and working in a structured, independent way.

• You’re also a team player who shares ideas and helps others.

• You take pride in going the extra mile, with a smile and a good sense of humour.

• You stay one step ahead of your customers. If they’re wondering about the status of something, you’ve already updated them.

• You treat colleagues with the same care and clarity as external customers.

• A gross monthly salary between €3,250 and €4,250
• A 32–40 hour work week
